5. Documents and Verification

6. Internal Application ID

After successful payment, an internal application ID may be generated for tracking and customer assistance.

This internal application ID is not an official MSME, UAM or Udyam registration number.

7. Service Fee and Payment

The payable amount displayed before checkout is the professional service fee for the selected assistance service.

Payments may be processed through an independent payment gateway such as Razorpay.

A payment is treated as successful only after verification by the payment gateway and our system.

8. Duplicate Payments

Customers should not repeat payment when a transaction shows successful, processing or pending verification.

In case of a suspected duplicate payment, contact customer assistance with the internal application ID, payment ID and order ID.

9. Processing Time

Processing time may vary depending on the selected service, document availability, verification requirements, customer response time and applicable procedures.

Any estimated completion time communicated by us is an estimate and not a guaranteed deadline.

10. No Guarantee of Approval

Payment for our assistance service does not guarantee approval, issuance, correction, cancellation, conversion or retrieval of any government registration.

Final acceptance or rejection is subject to the applicable authority, portal, verification process and eligibility requirements.

11. Customer Communication
